Teena Kay Winters, age 75, passed away on November 25, 2019, at her residence in Baker City. Teena was born on October 23, 1944, in St. Joseph, Missouri to Earl Raymond Graves and Norma Jean Harrington. She earned a living as a waitress and in her free time, Teena enjoyed sewing, knitting, cooking, fishing, and tending her flower gardens.  She was a member of the Eagles Lodge #130 in Eureka, California and enjoyed helping people in the club.
